‘World’s Hottest Speed Skater’ Jutta Leerdam wins a gold medal at the World Cup by using "extra fat"
Jutta Leerdam, a speed skating champion, shared the key to her incredible success.
At the ISU Speed Skating World Cup in Calgary two weeks ago, Leerdam—dubbed the "world's hottest speed skater"— shined brilliantly.

The Dutch athlete placed first in the 1000-meter race for the fourth time in a row, taking home the gold medal.
In her most recent victory, the 23-year-old finished in less than one minute and thirteen seconds.
The speed skater disclosed that her "extra fat" is the key to her current success.

Leerdam stated, "I have grown heavier and stronger," to NPO Radio 1. I now get power from that excess weight."
The well-known athlete updates her social media profiles with all of her ice-related accomplishments.
As a result, she now has over 3 million followers on her expanding Instagram account.
Additionally, following her victory in Canada, her internet presence increased.

"The race wasn't perfect, especially my opener, as I had a miss-stroke at the start but eventually I skated a 26.2 lap," Leerdam stated following the event.
"Wow, I thought when I saw it, and I was able to move quickly.
"I am aware of every race. It doesn't have to be flawless, especially if you win by 0.7 seconds, but naturally, I want to maximize every opportunity."
