Fans are questioning whether the former Victoria’s Secret Angel did something to her face.

Internet viewers noticed that the brunette beauty's face had changed, despite her stunning appearance as she posed for cameras.

One person said, "I would have had no idea that was the same person," while another said, "What did she do?"Some pointed out that "there's clear swelling in certain areas compared to others," while others conjectured that the Brazilian model may be "still swollen" after a possible "facelift."

Someone person made the comment, "Damn the spo[c]k brows takes another one," alluding to a typical Botox side effect that is marked by a prominent outward arching of the eyebrows.

"Not just fox eyes but a new nosejob [sic]," said another onlooker.

Some wrote things like "you would be surprised what a difference it can make depending on how it's applied," suggesting that cosmetics may be the reason.

Many others were also curious as to whether Lima was expecting. Notably, in August 2022, she gave birth to her third child, a son called Cyan.

One netizen said, "Regarding the pregnancy comments.. she had a baby in 2022," adding that the runway vixen's face alterations seem to have occurred recently. "This has nothing to do with her pregnancy in 2022, as you can also see that some of these photos are taken 1-2 months apart."

Some said that being pregnant "doesn't give you a fox eye" or "smaller nose," even if she is expecting. On the other hand, it may result in lip swelling.

Several fans quickly criticized the remark amid the craze, with others suggesting that weight gain could have had a role.

That's all—she gained weight. "People in these comments forgot how bodies work holy s–t," commented one, while another said, "Still 100 times hotter than any of us."

"She is a human being. She is a mommy. Another person said, "We evolve, and so do our bodies. This woman did her time starving to look good for you." Let her grow past it without passing judgment.

Another remark said, "Even celebrities age."

A few supporters continued by labeling the conversation as "so cruel" and pointing out that Lima may be dealing with a "underlying health condition that we know nothing about."
