More than 15 years later, RHOBH's Kyle Richards has revealed her family was "devastated" when her niece Paris Hilton's sex video, featuring Paris and her former lover's intimate rendezvous, was leaked.

When did Paris Hilton make a sex tape?

Paris Hilton's pornographic video - titled 1 Night in Paris - was exposed in 2003.

She was 19 when the video was filmed in 2001 with her ex-boyfriend.

In 2013, Paris claimed she didn't make any money from her infamous video.

In April 2004, Rick started distributing the sex tape through Red Light District Video, an adult film company, with the title 1 Night in Paris.

He had accused them of tainting his reputation after they suggested he took advantage of her.

She also sued the company for $30million for violation of privacy, illegal business practices and emotional distress before settling out of court.

Rick is known for being Pamela Anderson's third (and fourth) husband.

They got married twice, once in 2007 and then again in 2014.

However, legal documents leaked after their divorce, revealing that Pamela had filed (and was granted) a restraining order against her ex, who she claims tried to strangle her during sex, according to TMZ.

Rick had reportedly called her names such as "slut" and "crack whore."

What did Kyle Richards say about the sex tape leak?

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Kyle Richards has opened up about how her family felt when Paris' sex tape was leaked.

"We were devastated. It was horrible," the 51-year-old Bravo star said during Wednesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The American actress and socialite is the half-sister of Paris' mom, Kathy Hilton.

When the 52-year-old show host questioned Kyle on what she thought the sex tape would do to Paris' career, she said it would "ruin" it.

According to E News, Paris revealed in the 2018 documentary The American Meme that she "was so embarrassed" after video leaked.

"I felt like everyone on the street was laughing at me. I literally could not walk down the street because I felt like every single person had watched it and seen me naked and was talking behind my back.

"It was like being raped. It felt like I'd lost part of my soul and been talked about in such cruel and mean ways.

"Literally wanted to die at some points."
