In fact it's a life time syllabus which you have to study your whole life. We think and get fear that it takes long time to acquire new skills or to adapt new environment. So, we stop ourselves from learning . In actuality our brain is our teacher it magically open up and absorb all the new information quickly.

According to the Cognitive psychologists learning is a gradual process and one cannot be rushed. Our learning process is very limited. We think if we are in school, college, university than we are learning something. But in my opinion whether, I'm with a kid and talking to him, I am learning from him too. How he perceive the world how he differentiate between hard and soft things. So these are our learning process which gradually excess.

In my point of view we should avoid comparison about how much we progress we have done. What was our progress last week as compare to this week. In this way we actually letting down our own self. Because learning is a gradual process. Don't compare yourself with others. They earn so much money in this age but we are still working hard. Don't do this, think about your positive aspect of your life that you achieved with your hard work. Appreciate yourself. Be grateful to your God.

Remember that forgetting is also the most important activity of the brain. Because our brain is full of many useless information. Don't blame your memory if you forget something. Have some time. Be penitent. It will come on time whatever you learn and you forget. We are human beings we are not machines. We can forget, it's normal. In fact studies say that our brain intentionally forget our past experiences and traumas to make us easy and able to go ahead in life. Just like a garbage, we threw it out from our house. Similarly our brain do that, it vanishes our unnecessary memory which is useless.

All knows the table manners. When you meet someone or you are in the gathering you show kind behavior. But when it comes to ourselves we become so over analyzed critical and rude. As like we are an angle that can't make mistake. Why? Let me tell you mostly people have to learn self compassion. It's not a bad thing. Be calm and kind with yourself. You learn and you forget like a child in all the stages of your life. Just because of your brain is always active whether you are up either you are sleeping. We become so harsh with ourselves when we try to do something but we are getting failure in it. Never do that, just change your mind and direction. And try to talk with you expertise. It is also a kind manner to ourselves.
