Oksana Andreyevna Voevodina (Russian: Оксана Андре́евна Воеводина, born 10 July 1992 in Astrakhan, also known as Xenia Diaghileva (Ксения Дягилева) and Rihana Oxana Gorbatenko (Рихана Охана Горбатенко) is a Russian model and Miss Moscow beauty pageant winner.

Andrei Ivanovich Gorbatenko, her father, is an orthopedic surgeon from Rostov-on-Don. Her mother Lyudmila Voevodina, a concert pianist, was a beauty contestant in the early 1990s following the collapse of the Soviet Union. She attended Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow. As a beauty pageant contestant, Voevodina won the Miss Moscow title in 2015.

On 22 November 2018, while on leave from the country, Muhammad V of Kelantan, the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong (head of state) of Malaysia, reportedly married Voevodina in Barvikha, Russia.

They also had a traditional Malay wedding in Malaysia on 7 June 2018 prior to the Russian wedding. While the purported wedding was widely reported and discussed on social media, as of January 2019 no official statement has been released to confirm or deny the matter. She converted to Islam that same year, in April 2018, changing her name to Rihana Oxana Gorbatenko.

In an unprecedented move, Muhammad V became the first Yang di-Pertuan Agong to step down from the throne, effective 6 January 2019 while his term should have ended on 12 December 2021. Media reported the birth of their son Tengku Ismail Leon Petra ibni Sultan Muhammad V on 21 May 2019. On 22 June 2019, Muhammad V divorced her in Singapore by a "talak tiga" or talaq baayin that is the irrevocable divorce and most severe divorce in Islam.
