Urwa made her acting debut with drama Kountry Luv on A plus Entertainment. Urwa then appeared in a leading character in drama serial Meri Ladli featuring Ahsan Khan and Sajal Ali.

She later appeared in Kahi Un Kahi and Madiha Maliha. She portrayed a girl forced into a marriage because of family pressure in drama serial Marasim. One of the major hit dramas of Urwa Hocane was Udaari.

Urwa made her film debut with Na Maloon Afraad against Fahad Mustafa. Farhan Saeed is a singer, song writter, actor, director and entrepreneur. Farhan was the former lead vocalist of Jal band and he is owner of Café Rock in Lahore.
