Sexiest Transgender model Andreja Pejic stuns in Red Hot Gown: Pics
She is one of the very few transgender models making her mark in the modelling industry.
And on Tuesday Australian beauty Andreja Pejic proved why as she attended the 2016 Fragrance Foundation Awards presented by Hearst Magazines in New York City.
The 24-year-old beauty stunned at the event as she slipped her slender frame into a flawless off-the-shoulder gown.
The red garment hugged tightly around her figure and formed a long train as it gathered on the floor.
It also had a criss-cross feature across her hip region.
Andreja wore her blonde shoulder length hair out and parted down the middle while styled straight.
She kept her make-up simple with a bold red lipstick and a grey and black toned eye shadow.
Later in the day she posed up a storm while dressed in an all-black leather outfit.
She had slipped into a loose-fitting halter neck top which she had paired with a matching material mini-shirt.
Andreja kept her bold make-up and hair style the same but added a black choker necklace as an accessory.
Born in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Andreja and her family immigrated to Melbourne as political refugees when she was eight years old in 2000.
She was scouted at age 16 while working at McDonald's and began making a name for herself as an androgynous model, showcasing both male and female designs.
In 2014, Andreja made the transition to female and has since become the first transgender model to front a cosmetics campaign. Her debut as the face of Make Up Forever was unveiled in July 2015.
In February last year, she made her triumphant debut on the catwalk as a woman following a year spent undergoing a series of gender reassignment procedures.
