World Cup 2019: Points table after five matches

Five matches have been played in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 with West Indies on top and Pakistan in last place in the points table.

West Indies won their opening match against Pakistan and are in first place with a net run rate (NRR) of 5.802. New Zealand who defeated Sri Lanka in their opening match are in second place with a NRR of 5.754. Rounding off the top four are England with a NRR of 2.080 and Australia with a NRR of 1.860.

Bangladesh who shocked many with their opening match defeat of South Africa are in fifth place followed by India who are yet to play a match.

South Africa who lost both their matches are in seventh place followed by Afghanistan and Sri Lanka. Pakistan remain in last place as they have the worst NRR at -5.802.
